AviateOps is a flight school operations platform that runs the booking lifecycle — schedule, dispatch, Hobbs, billing — from one place. We design and test the product alongside Aviator Training Palm Beach, a working Part 61 school at KLNA.

Why we exist

Flight schools lose real money in the gap between a booking being made, a flight being flown, and an invoice going out. Hobbs gets missed. Empty slots stay empty. Billing falls behind. We built AviateOps to close that loop — without forcing the front desk to learn a system designed for an office computer.

Our design partner

Every release ships alongside Aviator Training Palm Beach(KLNA). Their CFIIs fly the product daily. When something breaks during Tuesday’s first lesson, we hear about it before Wednesday’s first lesson — and it’s usually fixed before Thursday’s.

The product gets better every week because real schools use it every week. That feedback loop is the whole reason we chose this way of building.

What we focus on

One loop, done well: booking → dispatch → Hobbs → billing. We integrate with ForeFlight, Stripe, and QuickBooks instead of rebuilding them. We’re not a training management system, a logbook, or a flight planner — there are good tools for those jobs, and AviateOps plays nicely with them.
