Right now, help with AviateOps comes from the people who build it. Email us — we read every message, and replies usually go out the same day during US business hours.

Get help

Email hello@aviateops.com with what you’re trying to do, what you saw, and (if you have one handy) a screenshot. The more we know, the faster we can answer.

Response times

  • Same day during US business hours (typically within an hour).
  • Next business day if you email overnight or on a weekend.
  • If something is broken in the air or at the front desk and can’t wait, put “URGENT” in the subject — we triage those first.

Product docs

Full self-serve documentation is coming as the product stabilizes. Until then, the fastest path to an answer is email — and we’ll turn the recurring questions into docs over time so you don’t have to ask the same thing twice.
